How long will it take for me to receive my order?
As all of our products are personalised and finished in our factory, we aim to dispatch all our orders within 4 - 7 days excluding weekends. If your require your order sooner please get in contact with us at hello@scribbleandstamp.com.
Standard Shipping - expected delivery within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. (once the order has been dispatched)
Express Shipping - expected delivery date 1-2 days (once the order has been dispatched)
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day, or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

Free UK Delivery on all orders £75.00 and above (exclusions apply)
Standard Delivery - Orders below £75.00 will be charged £2.95
Express delivery - Orders below £75.00 will be charged £5.99.

Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of these pieces they are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of faulty products. If you feel like your bespoke item may be faulty please do get in touch with us at hello@scribbleandstamp.com to discuss this matter.
How do I care for my leather products?
When it comes to our Vegan leather, rest assured that it is a product of exceptional quality that will endure if handled with care. To ensure the longevity of your accessories, we recommend taking the following measures: Safely store them stuffed in a protected and cushioned space when not in use. In case of encountering rain showers, it is advisable to gently remove any water and allow it to air dry. It is important to note that exposing your accessory directly to sunlight may lead to a potential fading of its colour. Additionally, please bear in mind that highly pigmented dyes may transfer onto lighter clothing when damp, and vice versa. Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for any such occurrences.
What process do you use for monogramming and debossing?
Our Vegan Leather products are monogrammed/debossed via a process called hot foiling. The letters are hand-stamped onto our leather accessories by our skilled artisans using foil. We use the Times New Roman font on our leather products for its classic and timeless appeal. The font size is 36 Pts (0.5 in / 1/2 in, 12.7 mm).
As every product is monogrammed/debossed by hand there may instances where the products may not be identical due to the hot foiling process and the texture of the grain. There may be breaks in the foil and/or variations in the foil coverage. We do not guarantee identical products as each piece may differ.
